Inspired by the ticket systems of many companies, which are used both internally and externally (customer support), I have developed my own small web system. It records the required data and displays it to the administrator. Tickets can be accepted, stored and closed. In earlier versions, the administrator was informed by e-mail about new tickets, which are now stored in a database, which makes the functions possible in the first place. The system runs on PHP and requires a MySQL database.
